Congratulations Zain KSA on winning the 2016 Best Customer Experience Award at this year’s Telecoms World Middle East event. Syed Hasan, CEO of ResponseTek, presented the award to Hany Mokhtar, Customer Experience Director at Zain KSA earlier this week in Dubai.

Zain is a ResponseTek client based in Saudi Arabia and they have made some significant customer experience focused changes in their organization. Since April 2015, they have introduced a VOC award program, a Customer Day (they have an executive out in the field), CX knowledge foundation training, and a CX club. The team is making great strides in customer experience using the ResponseTek Listening Platform. Congrats to the team for their leading customer experience programs in the Middle East!
