Last month ResponseTek was named the winner of the Adoption of Technology Award at the 2016 Technology Impact Awards hosted by The BC Tech Association. BCTech is an association that aims to help with the growth and success of the tech industry in BC and they host the TIAs to recognize tech excellence. Yesterday Bill Tam (CEO of BCTech) visited our Vancouver office and re-presented the award with Gord Elder (VP Products & Technology) and Chris Randall (VP Customer Success & CX Strategy) accepting on our behalf. We accept the award along with our client, Westminster Credit Savings Union, whose implementation of the ResponseTek listening platform led to an impressive increase in the company’s’ NPS® score within the first few months of implementation.
