ResponseTek attended the World Business Forum in Mexico on October 26-27th  alongside partner, Zubia. Peter Oxley and Rick Campbell of ResponseTek were on hand at the show, and provided support to Zubia, in addition to Peter hosting a breakout session on customer experience at the event.

Zubia has the goal of being the leader in customer experience in Latin America.  The company has assembled a team of highly skilled employees ranging from Political Science/Econ graduates to a University Professor of Communications to help them achieve this goal.

Zubia welcomed guest speakers during the two-day conference, and ResponseTek provided a customer experience specific speech alongside talks from Microsoft, Oracle, and 3M.
