This is a day where organizations are encouraged to celebrate their customers, and employees and come together to celebrate an industry that is and will continue to be very important. With the digital age in full swing, more than ever, customers have a loud voice, and great organizations should work hard to not only put the customer first, but to ensure their experience is a great one.

We had a great time celebrating CX Day with our employees in Vancouver by playing a ‘Family Feud’ style trivia game!
